Family and Troop Camping Sessions are for Girl Scouts of all age levels Family Camp: Arrive Between 2:00-3:00 p.m. and Depart at 10:00 a.m. Mother/Daughter Weekend – Mothers and daughters are the heart and soul of Girl Scouting, but they rarely have a chance to get away together. Take a break from the family and spend some uninterrupted, quality time together at Camp Evelyn! This is your chance to enjoy camp together. Join us for a relaxing weekend full of fun and sun! All meals are provided. June 24-26 or July 29-31 Troop Camps: Arrive Between 2:00-3:00 p.m. and Depart at 10:00 a.m. Troop Camp with a Twist -This session is for groups with little or no camping experience. Through the course of activities, the advisors will complete the “Outdoor Adventures” training required before bringing Girl Scouts camping in tents and cooking over a fire. Girls and advisors will learn first-hand fire building and safety, outdoor cooking and dishwashing, outdoor health and safety issues, and more fun camping activities. Note: Some learning sessions are for advisors only. During these times the camp staff will lead the girls in fun activities. All troops in this session are encouraged to sleep in platform tents to help fulfill the overall camping-out experience. All meals are provided. July 29-31 Cost: $75 per person, including adults Troop Camp -Here is a great way to take the whole troop camping, and have a lot of fun in a safe environment. This is an opportunity for girls to sleep in tents or tent cabins with their troop with the aid of our camp staff. You will have a variety of camp activities to choose from led by the camp staff. Plus there will be ample time for troops to spend on their own. The troop advisors are responsible for the supervision of the girls. All meals, sleeping accommodations and activities are provided. All you need to bring is your troop and your enthusiasm for trying something new in the outdoors! June 24-26 or July 29-31 Cost: $75 per person, including adults 25 Cost: $200 per pair
